Referral Program

Real estate agents, wholesalers, mortgage brokers, and title professionals send me deals. When those deals close, they get paid.

The structure is simple. You refer an investor who needs a fix-and-flip, bridge, or EMD loan. The deal closes. You earn a referral fee, paid by wire at closing.

No membership. No applications. No tracking portal. You send the deal, I fund it, you get paid.

Referral fees vary by deal size and are agreed in writing before closing. I don't do verbal fee commitments.
